Few words about the nightlife in Warsaw

Very few Poles are aware of it and very few foreigners knew it but Warsaw has been one of the leading capitals in Europe for the nightlife from 2004 to 2019. Why? Because of a mix of positive concurring factors like low cost of commercial renting in the earlier part of the period, the affordable cost of the nightlife itself with widespread no entrance ticket and cheap alcohol, the excellent choice of beer and vodka, the healthier ownership of clubs, the increasing flux of EU funds and a very good number and choice of venues for all tastes. Few of them were also open 7 days per week plus you could discover some gems in the outskirts defiying every law of gravity for stable business. What has changed since then? the predictable inflation spike and  astronomic increase of the cost of rent (commercial and residential) has made the enviroment hostile for small business. The improvisation time of 2004 has come to an end with its originality. Something has survived along with the business with strong capitals, for how long more no one knows. However there currently is no updated, comprehensive and authoritative guide about the nightlife in Warsaw. We might post in the future about the topic.
